Yes. All of our services comes with a 30 Day warranty, During this time the service fee of $99 will be waived, however a trip fee of $35 dollars will be applicable on all service calls.
- Televisions purchased through us comes with a 60 day equipment warranty
- CCTV cameras purchased through us comes with a 1 year equipment warranty

You will receive a confirmation email of your order.
Canceled appointments will be issued a full refund if a rescheduled cannot be done. you can cancel your appointment from your account , through your booking confirmation email or by calling us at 813 1111111
Appointments are booked with a 2 window arrival time frame. for example, an appointment booked at 8 a.m. means that your technician can arrive anywhere between 8:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m.

We understand that pets are like family, however for the safety of our technicians and your pets we kindly ask that all pets are secured PRIOR to arrival. That is the way to avoid bites, trip hazards, tools falling on a pet, accidentally being stepped on, or them escaping home.
